My whole life has been a life of creativity. I am a designer and art teacher that after seeing a mandala started painting mandalas and never stopped ever after.
Painting Mandalas has given me a purpose and a deeper connection with life.It is a form of meditation. In fact the mandalas come to me. In my paintings i express my feelings especially the connection to the spiritual world. It is the language of the soul.
When i first started painting Mandalas i didn´t really know their deeper meaning. I knew that they where used by Tibetans for meditation that’s all.
The Mandala is the language of the soul.
We live in a world of time and space. Where everything is logical. I am I and you are you our Ego. This is not the world of the soul. The soul sees with different eyes, you have to go out of your mind away from the surface. The soul sees from the inside out. It feels, it lives in the here and now. It brings the balance to the left and the right part of the brain.
It is connecting with the heart, the heart feels and sees and can act with Love. So it´s coming down from the mind to the heart. To check if you are working from the heart you can ask yourself if “if I had to do this work for free, would I still do it?”
Connecting with the soul has given us another view of the world. It has changed our lives radically. The souls journey from our experience is going with the stream instead of swimming against it. It is trusting life instead of being afraid of it. It is knowing that you are connected that gives you a warm feeling of life.
