Michael Alvarez, a California born and raised artist, works mainly with pastel and acrylics. He likes to use bold bright colors that capture the mood of the painting or subject. Mainly self taught his passion has always been to create a unique look and style for all to enjoy. Art has been his joy and escape from the daily stress of life since child hood. Now many years from that first stick figure drawn on line paper, and the help of the internet, he hopes to share his passion with the world.
