Born on 4th of September 1958 in Varna. Works in the field of sculpture, painting, digital art and photography. Study: Sculpture and drawing 1980 – 1985 by Hristo Boev. Drawing 1982 – 1985 by Antoaneta Radoeva. Drawing and estetic 1981 – 1985 by Yavor Tcanev. Painting 1982 – 1984 by Krasimira and Todor Ignatovi. Painting 1984 – 1985 by Angel Atanasov. 1986 Rossen Stanoev work as fotoreporter in Varna. 1990 – 1991 he is Art manager and curator of "Hoff Gallery", Horb, Germany. 1992 he is Art manager of "House of Art", and “Gallery 65”, Varna. 1992 - 1998 he is Director of "Gallery 6+", Varna. From 1998 till now he is owner and Director of RSArt Gallery OnLine.
