While many cities and locations allow for COVID restrictions to relax and employees to return to offices, many have found that coming into an office is not necessarily… necessary. The key aspect from this trend is that employers need to ensure that if their workers continue to operate remotely, they need to have the right tools and support to overcome social isolation.
