Artwork Description
My research about Orca whales took me on a journey that captured my imagination. What better way to reveal the beauty and power of this sea life than to show them above and beneath the waves. The Orca family displays the Father showing off to his calf by leaping up out of the water while the mother Orca watches him. I had fun drawing a sunken pirate ship and a treasure chest filled with gold. Those black fish, as they are now called, tell a story that makes us admire them all the more.
