From the North East of England and self-taught. I prefer to use good quality coloured pencils for finer detail, especially for portraits to obtain a good likeness. I am also a member of red bubble's site, where most of my works currently are, apart from certain celebrity portraits which were removed by the site for fear of being sued under intellectual property laws. A thorn in my side! I still use the same equipment, time, effort and skill to produce these portraits. If I make any money at all, it is only 10 % of the value. Why do these mega companies complain so much?
