My latest painting came to me in a dream. A slave ship sailing away loaded with abducted human cargo. The horror not only affecting the enslaved captives but also bringing grief to the family members and loved ones left behind. Husband, wives, children brothers, sisters and lovers were torn apart never to see each other again...ancestors never to know their bloodlines...separated by the immense Atlantic and an unreachable distance!

Biography

I am a graduate of Ga State University's School Of Arts & Sciences BFA in Fine Art 1979. I Owned a silk screen printing company "P-Nuts's Gallery" '78-'86. We printed T-shirts to be sold by street vendors. I drafted camera ready graphic art for The "T-Shirtery" a large manufacturer that screen printed T-shirts for Warner Bros Records, The Eagles, Joe Walsh and more. I designed and printed custom T-shirts for Mr V's Figure 8, The Fox Hunt and several night clubs in metro Atlanta. Presently I own an internet business and online store CBrownArt Prints (www.cbrownartprints.com) where I sell Gicle'e prints of my acrylic paintings.
