This painting was done by Lazar Constanta, painted in Catania 2013. The size of the painting is 60x50 cm, done on canavas with oil paints in a realistic manner. Its colours are bright and the painter succeeded into providing the painting with accuracy since the penumbra of the castle is properly mirrored in the water. The painter renders to the audience a feeling of serenity , a feeling which the painter herself may have had while looking at the ruins of the castle of Acitrezza(as one can see at the top of the painting). Our perspective is standing on the shore looking at the calm see and ruins of the Castle of Acitrezza.
