Artwork Description
The Key was originally a canvas painting done using pastels, this piece was lost over the years. I still have a picture of it which I will post at a later time. In this piece I attempt to communicate many things. The tetrahedrons are Egyptian pyramids which are centers of power and the City correlates to them in that they too are centers of power some built on lines of power on the Earth. Yet somehow we have lost that ancient knowledge held by those who came before in the time of Mesopotamia, Babylon and Sumer. There is more to that story which will require you study and research. On the left you will see a musician playing a song of awakening and enlightenment (My Sunrise, The Unknown or Everywhere Alone) he emotes his power from his left hand which is sending power out as his right hand completes the circuit bringing energy in. On the right you will see Ra who is playing the Sacred Frequencies on the piano. Also you will see Nia learning to master her skills of creation, she is a mother of the Earth and symbolizes the power of all women to create and give life as she creates a universe before our eyes and grass and grain to sustain us. Also you will see the stairwell which symbolizes the steps required to achieve enlightenment that we might transmute matter and reach the final level of existence where the spirit takes over from the mind and guides the body without thought, as seen in Ra who is at the top of the stairs which flow into the Sands of Time. Taking your attention to the right once again you will see brick wall which is mean to symbolize the number 4, the cube which is the body and the concrete under our feet which will only see decay and destruction as all civilizations rise and fall. Yet remember a system moving forward is a system constantly in collapse. In the center is the sphere which symbolizes the spirit it takes it's place here due to the fact that the Spiritual Universe gives birth to the Mental universe which in turn gives birth to what we see in the physical universe, multidimensionally speaking. The Key is the eye of The First Great Life which we are all descendants of which is why it rests in the the hand. It is a right hand which moves energy outward so that you may place your left hand upon it and receive knowledge, wisdom and understanding. but realize Understanding can only be obtained after experience becomes knowledge which then becomes wisdom which leads to understanding. The Key.
