The tree of life signifies the connection between heaven and earth with its spiral branches reaching upward to the sky and the roots being grounded to the earth. Some may think of the tree as a contrast between the feminine and masculine with the tree growing, caring and giving sustenance. The masculine side being represented by he phallic symbols of the branches. When the two come together we have life. With life we have strength, wisdom and beauty.

Gail is an art teacher in Spring Hill, Florida. She is originally from New Jersey, where she majored in art education and attended Rowan University. Her Art includes works done in acrylic, watercolor, and mixed mediums; such as, acrylic, melted crayon, and fabric paint. She also has a fascination with lighting and creates canvas lights.
