November 19 through December 2nd, 2013
Preview    November 20th, 2013

She will be exhibiting six of her Equine watercolor paintings, that she painted upside down.   She calls the exhibition a celebration, although she is unable to attend personally.
In November, 2012, she suffered from a Tramatic Brain Injury resulting from complications of a brain aneurysm.   She spent eight months in a hospital followiing a brain seizure and started as part of her therapy and rehabilitation, painting upside down, which amazed both therapists and medical staff.

Prior to becoming ill, she became a certified Master Mneme Therapist, teaching painting to the brain injured. Part of the training was also based on the studies and book by Dr. Betty Edwards,  DRAWING FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BRAIN.
Her watercolor painting  COWBOY, has been shown in EQUINE ARTS 2013, Emerald Downs, Auburn, Washington, and also is on exhibit with the Tramatic Brain Injury Association of Washington, in affilation with the University of Washington, Seattle.  COWBOY (the name of the horse) will remain stateside. Exhibition will include     I BELIEVE I CAN FLY, COLORS OF THE WIND, APPLES, SUGAH and RUN LIKE THE WIND.

She is now able to talk, and can walk short distances with aid, and leave the wheelchair in the corner.
Last November, was tramatic,  THIS November is a celebration!!  A celebration of life, and NEVER GIVING UP!!
