Despite the fact that forward Michail Antonio has claimed he is in talks with other teams, manager David Moyes of West Ham claims the club has "no intention" of selling him.
Antonio acknowledged that there was a chance he might leave in the January transfer window.
The 32-year-old is the club's all-time greatest Premier League scorer and has been with the Hammers since 2015.
Moyes remarked, "[Antonio] mentioned it, but we here have no intention of doing anything.
In the moment, we want [him] here, we want him playing well, we want him scoring goals, and we're pleased to have him. Sometimes players choose to do that, some of them want to depart.
Antonio claimed he would be sad to leave West Ham and has been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers and a loan transfer to Chelsea.
On The Footballer's Football Podcast, he stated, "Honestly, I haven't ruled anything out. That's all I can say. Nothing has been ruled out. There are negotiations, so whatever happens, happens."
"I've liked my time here, but football is football, so I won't be upset if I stay, and I'll be upset if I leave.
"Players move, players stay, and I would never have dreamed of it since before I came to West Ham the longest I stayed at a club was two years," said the player.
