NC hasn't finalized its starting lineup for Game 5 yet. Eric Peddy is the best bet to start, but there is a possibility that Shin Min-hyuk will be given four days off.
The NC Dinos lost the fourth game of the '2023 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO Postseason' against the KT Wiz 2-11 on Wednesday at NC Park in Changwon. The Dinos gained momentum by taking both games away from home in Suwon, but dropped the third and fourth games at home. The series was evened at 2-2.
Starter Song Myung-ki didn't last more than two innings, giving up four runs in 1⅓ innings. After surrendering the early lead, NC tried to rely on swingman Lee Jae-hak for long innings to protect the bullpen. The third pitcher, Lee Jun-ho, put a smile on the NC fans' faces with four consecutive strikeouts in 1⅓ innings, but the offense still couldn't break out of its slump.
