4. On the Day of Surgery:
All patients receive a small oral dose of sedatives upon arrival, just enough to ensure your comfort and relaxation. You will continue to be awake throughout the procedure; however, you will require transportation home because we do not permit patients to drive themselves home following surgery (you will need to make arrangements prior to your surgery date).
