●    Give joints cold-hot treatment: Use an ice pack and place it on the affected area and it will reduce your pain.
●    Go for a swim.
The junk and unhealthy food should be avoided and one should not have all these types of food as they directly affect our body.
Precautions could be taken to get rid of arthritis. The pain during this is just extreme and it can not be borne by everyone. It is a severe problem but it could be avoided if measures would be taken wisely and on time. Doctors also say that arthritis is a major issue, no doubt but it can be cured and prevented as well by being concerned towards you.
