3) Stay clear from smoking and avoid alcohol as these defiantly will not help the condition. Smoking increases the risk of many health problems occurring so you should stay completely clear of this harmful drug. If you are going to consume alcohol, do it in moderation as excessive drinking heightens your blood pressure.

4)  Finally it is crucial to keep an eye on your average blood sugar levels by taking a Diabetes test, also blood pressure and cholesterol levels as making sure they are at a safe level and making sure they are sticking to the current guidelines for people with Diabetes is crucial to warding off further.
