We are offering exclusive 50 hour refresher yoga teacher training programs in the Netherlands that are approved by the Yoga Alliance.
This hands-on immersion course is designed for 200 Hour Yoga Teacher students who wish to boost their knowledge, skills and yoga practice to continue their education and become an expert in this field.
Our internationally certified and experienced yoga teachers help you refresh and update the knowledge you have learned. You will cover most of the curriculum found in 200 hours of training.
You will learn a deep understanding of yoga practice, yoga principles and history, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, yoga sequence practice, latest posture correction, modification, adjustment and teaching practice.
After completion of refresher yoga teacher training you will gain confidence and teach others effectively. You will receive an internationally recognized 50-hour immersion certification that is valid all over the world.
