Hi, My name is Patricia Pinkham and I do paintings with acrylic and Fabric Art paintings.
Fabric Art is a concept of painting with fabric using pieces of cloth to create a picture. This can be done with small dabs of fabric or large sweeping panels, random or specific shapes, to create a picture on fabric. A painting can have hundreds of pieces of fabric glued together and with each additional layer of fabric the painting will take on a life of its own. Each Fabric Painting is a one-of-a-kind work of art.
Any image can be transformed into a Fabric Art Painting, from a still life to an abstract, from a photograph of a family member or your favorite pet. Fabric Art is limitless and the possibilities are endless for a unique and unusual painting.
