To dislodge and wash away as much dirt as you can, saturate the mats with a strong spray of water.
Spray with a powerful car wash soap solution or wheel cleaner. Allow the cleaner to sit on the mats for a little while, but don't allow the spray dry.Utilize a soft-bristle brush to scrub each mat.
