I'm very passionate about digital photography. I always had a general interest in photography ever since I was in high school, but didn't really get into it until after I had the chance to start traveling more when I got older, around the age of 25. From then on it has become a major part of me. I'm a self taught artist. I currently work with the KodakEasyShare DX7590 5.0 MegaPixel digital camera. Right now my focus is mostly nature photography, in particular animals, pets, cats, etc. I like using both black & white photos, color, and digital manipulation.
In June of 2006 I won the Judges Choice Award for Superb Photographic Expression for my photograph *Cat-N-Mouse* from the InterNational Pet Owners Club. I also have been writing poetry on and off for several yrs and have won various awards for my creativity, but my current focus right now is on my photography. I currently do not have any formal art education, however that is a dream of mine to attend an art school someday in the future. I am a high school graduate and was an honor roll student for many yrs.
