If you just registered and you don't know how to get started, we urge you to visit your account welcome page.

How Do I Upgrade My Account?

All our accounts start with the Basic (Free) plan when you register. You're welcome to visit our registration page to get started.

To upgrade to one of our paid accounts after the registration, please visit the Premium FeaturesCompare plans page in your account.

How Do I Update My Account Information?

We've split the account information into two sections. General and public.

In your public profile  you can update information such as

  • Profile Picture
  • Display name
  • Biography / Description
  • Website

In the general account settings page you can update your

  • First and Last name
  • Contact phone
  • Location (Address)

The location that you specify in the general account settings page is never fully shown publicly. Only partial information such as country, state, city, zip code may be shown publicly, but not a full address.

Your location info is critical if you want to be found by location. When other members search for nearby artists or galleries, you will not be listed unless you've specified your location.

The general account management page also will display a summary of your balance and your current membership plan status.

What Information Should I Add to My Profile?

Your public profile can be seen by anyone. You want to have a well versed and spell-checked profile description (Biography) as it can help prospective customers feel a connection with the artist whose artwork they're about to purchase.

You should also consider adding a profile picture (avatar) with a size of no less than 200x200 pixels. All profile picture images will be cropped to a square size, so make sure that the most important parts are in the center of the image.
 
We also ask that you do not shy from updating your location. This information is used when other artists, galleries or collectors want to search for artists / galleries near them.
 
Only general information such as country, state, city and possibly zip code may be shown publicly, not a full address.

Is My Information Secure?

Yes. We will not sell or distribute any of your personal information that you submit in our site. This includes your email address, postal address, credit card information, phone number, and any other personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you choose to enter information such as Tax ID / SSN and Credit Card Information in our Payment Information page, we will store such sensitive information in an encrypted format. In addition our servers are firewall and Anti-virus protected.

How Do I Change My Password?

How Do I Correct My Account Type?

During the registration we ask that you specify your account type such as Artist, Gallery or a Collector / Shopper

This information is used to customize the appearance of your account menu as well as decides whether your profile is listed among artists and/or galleries.

If you made a mistake during the registration, you need to contact us so we can change it manually.
