Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

You do not need to be registered to place an order. Anyone can order an artwork print or a print of their photos on one of our product types. To create your own prints from a photograph please see the create page.

What are Your Shipping Rates?

Our Shipping rates depend on

  • Print dimensions
  • Print weight (eg. A stretched canvas will be heaver than a rolled / non stretched one. Or a poster giclee will be lighter than a Framed Poster Giclee)
  • Shipping location
  • Shipping Method (e.g. Ground, Next Day) that you choose during the checkout.

Our website "talks" to UPS and determines what shipping methods to make available to you during the checkout process based on the content of your shopping cart.

UPS, in it's turn, returns shipping rates based on factors such as shipping location, final size and weight of the package(s) for each available shipping method.

 

Both U.S. and International shipping rates are determined in this manner and they're subject to change if UPS also changes their rates.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. At the moment we only accept payments in USD.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Prints?

It can take up to 5 business days to print and ship your order. Shipping time depends on the shipping location and the shipping method that you choose during checkout. 

Overall it can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to receive U.S. orders and 7 to 20 business days to receive international orders. Again, this mostly depends on the shipping method that you chose during the checkout process.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

To cancel your order, please contact us or send an email to help [at] gotartwork.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If we haven't started processing, we will refund you the full amount of the order.

My Order Arrived Damaged or Defective, What Do I Do?

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll be happy to do a reprint free of charge or refund your order in full.

You need to contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Please send an email to help [at] gotartwork.com with your order number and photographic proof of the damage and/or defect.

I'm not Satisfied with my Order, What is Your Return Policy?

If, for whatever reason, you're not satisfied with your order, you need to ship the prints back to us for a full refund withn 30 days of placing your order.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a print.

If your prints are defective or they were damaged during shipping, please contact us or send an email to help [at] gotartwork.com within 30 days of placing your order. We can do a reprint or refund your order in full.
