pure emotionalmagic Healing Grief Book To Deal With Sadness And The Grief Process
Back To Blogs List
Grief is not something everyone wants to think about; instead, it is a part of life that we all have to face from time to time. It is a pain, but books about grief and healing can benefit us in many ways. Similar to how the darkness of the night makes the morning light and the sunrise light even more fantastic.

Grief does the same thing in our lives. The dark and painful times help us understand the beauty of other times of life. Even amid our suffering, we can find tremendous gratitude for the little things in life.

Interacting with nature

Seeing the beauty of nature, you can feel the fun that cannot be described in words. Slowly admire the beautiful sunsets, walks in the woods, beach trips, and majestic mountain peaks. Every year’s season brings something new. Talk about a walk in the storm. You can also dive into a puddle. Take a long walk on a beautiful sunny day and read a healing grief book. It may take conscious effort to "stop and smell the roses," but it's worth it. When you look at the beauty around you, you can feel grateful that you are alive.

Make friends with animals.

Animals can be very loyal and satisfying companions. They are never judgmental about your appearance or sadness. They may lick your face or crawl on your knees. They may wag their tail or throat whenever you are near. Who can resist such a friendly greeting from lovely creatures? Many people find themselves very comfortable with their pets. Even if you haven't been a big fan of animals in the past, this might be the perfect time to put the lost child to work and give the animal some much-needed love. You will also find great pleasure in books about grief and the healing process.

Express gratitude

Being grateful for what you have in your life, rather than focusing on what is missing, can be the key to happiness. Have you expressed gratitude to your neighbor? Do you thank the people who have contributed the most to your life? Your parents, siblings, children, or friends will be grateful that you thanked them for everything you did. Take this opportunity to express your love and gratitude, even if your relationship is not perfect with appreciation. Think about what you might say to boost someone's morale, and then say it.

Ask and receive help.

If you are lucky enough, you will have someone in your life that can help you through your experience of grief. In your misery, you may forget the burden they, too, can bear. You may have overlooked their support in your attempt to find a way forward. Express your love towards them and thank them.

Dealing with my grief, I found that Pure Emotional Magic helped me give myself a space to truly feel my loss while at the same time not allowing me to recover from it. It was pleasant to remember the good times, hear her laugh in my head, and focus on the joy the loss of my loved one brought to my life.
