Susan Kubes is an award winning creative artist, very involved with Nature themes. As a Florida Native, much of her work celebrates the SunCoast of Florida. Her style ranges from detailed realism to organic abstracts, and can be found on paper, canvas, YUPO, gourds, ostrich eggs and even palm fronds!
Susan worked in the AeroSpace industry for many years, and that sense of wonder and exploration is reflected in some of her art.
Susan Kubes' art is collected widely, and displayed in the offices of the NFL Player's Association, on the facade of the Manatee County Cultural Alliance in Bradenton, FL, and in the Tampa Bay Times Forum, home of the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey team!
She has done numerous commissions, including a project for the Salvador Dali' Museum in St. Petersburg, FL..
Currently, she keeps very busy creating art and conducting classes for all ages at her large working/teaching studio in Largo, Florida.
